Damaged Item Delivered:
Step 1 - Contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp or at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged item and your order ID.
Step 2 - We'll review your request within 48 working hours.
Step 3 - If approved, we'll arrange a reverse pick-up to collect the item.
Step 4 - If reverse pick-up isn't available, we'll guide you through alternative options.
Step 5 - Once the item is collected, we'll promptly ship your replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.

Missing or Incorrect Items Delivered:
Step 1 - Contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp or at [email protected] with your order ID, a video of unboxing in case of missing items, and pictures of incorrect items.
Step 2 - We'll review your request within 48 working hours.
Step 3 - If approved, we'll promptly ship the missing/correct items.

Don't Like the Product:
If you're not satisfied with your Arata purchase for any reason:
- Within 7 days of delivery, you can courier the product back to us for a full refund.
- If you choose not to courier the product back, you'll receive website credits/Arata coins instead.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
- Return/replacement request generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel the order only once unfulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.
